Billy Harris
Chosen by the Islanders in the first round in 1972, Billy Harris scored in the Islanders’ very first game in the NHL. A consistent scorer for Long Island, he was traded just before the playoffs in 1980 to Los Angeles for Butch Goring. He was then traded to the Maple Leafs for two seasons before returning to the Kings where he retired. He has found new success in the real estate and restaurant business.
