Born in Saint Lucia, stand-up comedian Gilson Lubin first became interested in comedy while studying Architectural Design in college. Lubin caught word about live comedy shows existing throughout Toronto. Two weeks after gaining interest, Lubin took the stage and found immediate success. After working many odd jobs while doing stand-up comedy on the side, Lubin eventually found success. Lubin has appeared on The L.A. Complex, The Morgan Waters Show, Plain Brown Rapper and Wild Card. He has also written episodes for The Halifax Comedy Fest, Def Comedy Jam, The Nice Show, MTV Live and Comedy Now! Lubin has appeared as himself on episodes of The Hour, The Nice Show and on several comedy awards show. Lubin also does several live shows in various cities across Canada.
