Jody Hull
Biography
Selected 17th overall by the Hartford Whalers in 1987, Jody Hull won a gold medal with Canada at the 1988 World Juniors. In the 1988-89 season, he played 60 games for the Whalers and scored 34 points. He spent most of the next season in the minors and was then traded to the New York Rangers. After two seasons in Manhattan, he spent a year in Ottawa and then moved to Florida, where he helped the Panthers reach the Stanley Cup finals in 1996. After another move, – Tampa Bay for 28 games – Hull moved to Philadelphia. A move back to Ottawa soon followed where he reached the 800-game mark. He finished his career as a member of the Senators organization in 2004. Since 2012, Jody has been head coach of the Peterborough Petes.
