Alvin Leon Williams played his college ball at Villanova university. Drafted in the second round of the 1997 NBA Draft, Alvin saw himself in a Portland Trail Blazers uniform. After only 1 season with Portland, Williams was traded to the Toronto Raptors where he would call home for the next 8 seasons. Following his tenure with the Raptors, Williams would head to LA to join the Los Angles Clippers in the Western Conference where he would finish his career. After 10 seasons in the NBA, Williams totaled 4,161 Points, 1,877 Assist and 549 Steals. Following his playing career Williams would become the Assistant coach and Director of Player Development with the Toronto Raptors. Williams founded the Academy of Hoops and is currently an NBA Analyst with Sportsnet.
