Kelly Chase

Kelly Chase was a feared enforcer for the St. Louis Blues, Hartford Whalers and Toronto Maple Leafs for 11 seasons.  While he sits at number 50 on the all-time NHL penalty minutes list, it is his penalties minutes per game that is astounding.  In 485 games, Chase amassed 2107 PIMs or 4.34 minutes per game.  Only Shane Churla, Dave Schultz and Chris Nilan were more penalized on a nightly basis.  A regular analyst for the St. Louis Blues radio broadcasts, Chase is the part owner of two North American Hockey League franchises.
