Kevin Labanc American ice hockey player, grew up in Staten Island, New York. His hockey journey took a turn for the better in 2011 when he joined the US National Development Team Program for the next few years. After his tenure with the program, Kevin pursued the OHL playing for the Barrie Colts in 2013. During his three years in the league, he stood out collecting three awards, Eddie Powers Memorial Trophy, Leo Lalonde Memorial Trophy and Jim Mahon Memorial Trophy. In 2014 Kevin was selected in the sixth round 171 overall to the San Jose Sharks. Kevin joined their AHL affiliate team, the San Jose Barracuda in 2016 for a few games until he moved to the NHL. He joined the Sharks in 2016 for 8 seasons before he moved on to play with the Blue Jackets in 2024. Kevin has represented Team USA internationally with a couple appearances collecting silver twice and one bronze.
