Massimo Capra

Massimo Capra, a renowned chef, restaurateur, and television personality, was born in Italy and began his culinary journey in the kitchens of his native country. With a passion for food deeply ingrained in his upbringing, Capra honed his skills under the guidance of Italy's top chefs before immigrating to Canada in 1982.  Throughout his career, Capra has been celebrated for his dynamic personality and expertise in the kitchen. He has appeared on numerous television shows, including as a host and judge on popular cooking programs such as "Restaurant Makeover" and "Chopped Canada."
