Antropov, hails from Kazakhstan was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs 10th overall in the ’98 NHL Entry Draft. He made his pro debut with the Maple Leafs in the ‘99/’00 season. In his rookie season he tallied 30 points in 66 games. He spent almost 9 seasons with the Maple Leafs before moving to the NY Rangers, Atlanta Thrashers and finished his NHL career in Winnipeg. Antropov played in 788 regular season NHL Games and had 465 points. He also represented his homeland in the World Juniors, World Championships and the 2006 Winter Olympics.
